While we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after opening the product (kids!), we want to take every possible effort to ensure that your Little Leaders products arrive at your home free from defects so your Little Leaders can enjoy them to the fullest! (This is a great time to encourage you to store your Little Leaders DVD's in a safe place!)

Here is how we ensure top quality:

• Our DVD's are manufactured under the strictest of industry conditions. Each DVD is machine tested for 100% quality assurance.
• We pay a premium for a higher quality amaray case to hold your new DVD and prevent scratching
• Our DVD's are molded to the highest standard for play on the widest range of DVD players

Take the following steps if you experience problems with the playback of your DVD:

• Clean the disc with a disc cleaner available at your local retailer
• Clean the laser with a laser cleaner available at your local retailer
• Check the disc for scratches that may have occured in your home (we know how excited kids get for Little Leaders!)
• Replay the disc
• Double check your remote for batteries and compatibility

Older DVD players may sometimes have problems "keeping up" with the high bit rate required for newer, higher quality products such as your Little Leaders DVD's. This may cause an occasional "freeze," but should not be a major problem.

EXCHANGE and RETURN POLICY

We want to make every effort to assure that our products arrive free of manufacturing defects. If the products you purchased directly from us arrive with defects, simply return the defective product via media mail with a copy of your Little Leaders issued invoice within 30 days to: Little Leaders, 1336 Sterns Road, Erie, MI 48133. We will replace the defective products and reimburse your shipping costs (media mail rates only). If you purchased your Little Leaders products from one of our distributors, please contact them directly.

We accept returns of unopened products purchased directly from us. For a full refund, return your unopened products to the address above within 15 days of purchase.
